Delivery information

While American Tent does not own our own shipping service, we work with the best freight services in the industry to ensure the most efficient and cost effective delivery possible. We can offer a liftgate if that is something you need- just let your sales representative know!

Many of our shipments will require a forklift to receive, and a signature is required on the receipt at the time of delivery as proof that you have received your products. If you would like, you can always come pick up your order from our factory location in Green Bay, WI.

Helpful instructions and guides

If you're not cleaning your tent while it's in use, spread pieces on a clean, dry, and smooth surface. We recommend an area covered by a reliable drop cloth. Use 1 part cleaner to 25 parts water. For brush and mop cleaning, apply and rinse. If using a machine, use the low setting. Rinse thoroughly. Heavily stained areas may need to be cleaned more than once. If stains persist, treat with our Break the Mold mildew remover.
