If your guest list is long and you’re planning on round table seating, you may be wondering how many round tables will fit under your 4,000 square foot tent. Here’s how you get to that magic number:

Divide 4,000 by 15. That will tell you the number of guests you can seat.
Divide that number by 8. That will tell you how many tables will fit.

It really is that easy! And you can use the same formula as the calculator for your tent size for guests and tent tables over and over again as you can see below. Just don’t forget to factor things like buffet tables, bar space, room for a band, etc.
