How many round tables fit under a 30 x 45 tent?

It’s easy to figure out how many round tables will fit under a 30 x 45 tent. Divide the square by 15 and voila! You have your number of people who can be seated comfortably under the tent at round tables. Then take that number and divide by eight to figure out the number of tables. When in doubt, round down. Keep in mind other spaces you may house under your tent, such as buffet tables, DJ tables, gift tables, bar and dance floor. 30 x 45 = 1350 square feet 1350/15 = 90 people 90/8 = 11 tables
