While American Tent does not own our own shipping service, we work with the best freight services in the industry to ensure the most efficient and cost effective delivery possible. We can offer a liftgate if that is something you need- just let your sales representative know!

Many of our shipments will require a forklift to receive, and a signature is required on the receipt at the time of delivery as proof that you have received your products. If you would like, you can always come pick up your order from our factory location in Green Bay, WI.

American Tent will do everything possible to ensure that your delivery process is smooth and successful, but please note that errors may occur on the part of our carriers.

Your stakes should have 6” of the top exposed above ground so the stake holder can be hooked onto the head of the stake, then clamped between the jawAs you push down on the lever arm, the stake is clasped between the mechanism, forcing it to lift the stake upward. You will have to adjust the clamping sides on the stake with each push down on the arm to extract it fully.
