40x80 Frame Tent Setup Guide

Many hands make light work, have we mentioned that? You will want a crew of eight or more people on hand for setting up the mighty 40-by-80. Depending on your crew size, we also recommend investing in 2-4 of the McVey frame jack. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, we’d also like to take a moment to sing the praises of the humble drop cloth. Use them to prevent pinholes and stains. And finally, don’t do something you’ll regret: Always call before you drive any stakes into the ground to make sure it is safe to do so.

Best Tents!

Our center has ordered event tents in the past for our residents, but nothing of this size. As with all American Tent products, this frame tent is perfect. Durability, quality, and customization are the best of the best. Thanks for always helping us with our event tent products!

Ship problems

We were originally sent the wrong tent. We didn’t find out until we were putting it together. It was pretty disappointing, but our sales guy Jake owned the company’s mistake and got us the right tent fast. They even sent one of their own employees in a rental truck to get it to us as fast as possible.

Love it!

Couldn't have asked for a better tent! It was a bit difficult to set up because of how heavy the tent top is, but thankfully we had 8 people helping so it didn't cause an issue for us! Looks beautiful out by our cabin up north where we just hosted our large family reunion.
