Delivery information
American Tent works with the industry’s best freight services. While we do not own or operate shipping services, we work with dedicated contacts to ensure you get the best, most efficient, and cost-effective delivery experience.
Need a liftgate? Please note this to your salesperson or in the comments at checkout.
Please be aware that many of our shipments will require a forklift to receive.
Signature is required for receipt at the time of delivery.

The 30x60 American Tent pole tent is a bigger tent with a simple setup. Gather 4-6 team members and get pounding--after you call 8-1-1, of course. Utilize a drop cloth when unrolling your tent top to prevent scratching, stains, holes, and more. Drop cloths plus a call to Digger’s Hotline are the two best ways to keep you investments--in both crew and materials--safe.

Got this tent and when I put it up I noticed some small holes in the top. I was able to talk with my sales rep and he sent me a patch kit for free with extra vinyl to fix the spot affected. I was worried it would be very obvious, but it really isn't. Glad they were able to help me, overall a trustworthy company.
