All our products are made-to-order for each customer. This allows us to keep our costs low and provides our customers with the ability to select custom finishes.

Current Lead Times: Due to the holiday schedule, orders will begin shipping in January. You will receive a confirmed ship date after placing your order.
(Production time only. Shipping transit time not included.)

Typical Lead Times:

• Frame Tents

  • 10’, 15’, & 20’ widths: Typically 2 business days

  • 30’ widths: Typically 1 week

  • 40’ widths: Typically 1 week

• Pole Tents

  • 10’, 15’, & 20’ widths: Typically 2–3 weeks

  • 30’ & 40’ widths: Typically 2–3 weeks

• Tent Sidewalls: Typically 1 week

• Tent Ballasting Systems: Typically 1–2 weeks
